The measures we take are to use saturated ammonium chloride solution as hardener, and add surfactant to enhance penetration. In addition to enhancing the penetration force of the hardener, improving and enhancing the hardening performance of the coating itself is also one of the important conditions for shortening the hardening process. The coating of high modulus water glass is used to make the shell, because the content of sodium oxide is lower, the silica sol is easier to precipitate, which is beneficial to accelerate the hardening of the shell and improve the high temperature strength of the shell. However, it also has its disadvantages. The water glass with the same specific gravity has a high modulus and a high viscosity, and is more prone to agglomeration. The prepared coating has poor dispersion and uniformity, thus affecting the coating performance and storage. sex. In order to solve this problem, we add a small amount of surfactant to the coating to reduce the interfacial tension between the quartz powder and water glass in the coating, thereby significantly improving the dispersion and uniformity of water glass in the coating, reducing its Agglomeration tendency. This kind of coating is easy to stir evenly even after being placed for eight or nine days, which means that not only its dispersibility is good, but its storage stability is also correspondingly stable, which is very beneficial to the uniform coating of the shell and accelerated hardening.
