How to avoid scratches during welding when operating aluminum cavity CNC machining?

For Aluminum Precision Machining, it has been applied everywhere. SCZY LTD is one of the leading suppliers for this line of Precision Machining Parts processing. With the increasingly fierce market competition, customers have higher and higher requirements for the quality of our products. To guarantee the quality of our products, we must avoid scratches during the welding process when operating aluminum cavity CNC Machining. Then how we can do? Today we would like to talk about it:

1. Before CNC machining and welding of aluminum cavity, the maintenance film on the front and back of the welding area must be removed to prevent the maintenance film from burning and causing poor appearance.
2. It is forbidden to directly touch the surface of the workpiece and the work surface (the grounding part can be handled separately), and can be placed separately from items such as smooth wooden blocks, wooden squares, and pearl cotton. It is necessary to avoid the occurrence of scratches on the workpiece such as iron filings and welding slag on the surface.

3. Handle it with care, do not drag or drop it, and do not place the workpiece on the work table surface, pallet or floor at will.
4. The weld part can be polished without polishing as much as possible. If polishing is required, the polishing area should be minimized.

5. Grinding should be avoided at non-welded parts as much as possible, and the welding slag splashed on these surfaces can be gently scraped off with a knife. Maintain and block splash area if necessary.
6. When placing the material, it is forbidden to bump or touch it, and a maintenance device should be selected for storage and rotation.

The division of CNC machining process of aluminum cavity can be divided into two different principles: process concentration and process dispersion. What is the difference?

The principle of process concentration means that each process contains as much processing content as possible, thereby reducing the total number of processes. High-efficiency special equipment and workpiece processing on CNC machine tools can use the principle of CNC machining process concentration. The advantages of the principle of process concentration are: improve production efficiency; reduce the number of processes, shorten the process path, simplify production planning and production organization; reduce the number of basic elements, the number of operators and the floor space; reduce the number of workpiece clamping, both to ensure The mutual position accuracy between the machining surfaces is improved, and the number of fasteners and the auxiliary time for clamping the workpiece are reduced. However, CNC processing equipment and industrial equipment have large investment, troublesome adjustment and maintenance, and long production preparation cycle, which will not lead to conversion.

Order dispersion is to disperse the workpiece processing into more cnc processing processes, and each process has less processing content. The dispersion principle of cnc processing program is suitable for processing equipment and process equipment with simple structure. The advantages of using the dispersion principle of this process are: the processing equipment and process equipment are simple to operate, easy to adjust and maintain, and easy to convert; it is beneficial to select a reasonable cutting amount and reduce the maneuvering time. However, the processing path is long, the floor area is large, and a large number of equipment and workers are required, and the processing accuracy is greatly affected by the operator's technical level. So much for today, we will share more for Precision machining parts, such as: Titanium Precision Machining , Brass Precision Machining , Steel Precision Machining ,etc. Any questions, pls feel free to contact by email: sandy@sczyltd.com.
